Why is my Swing Handle Lock not locking?

If your Swing handle lock is not locking, it may be due to the following: Auto Re-lock is disabled Low battery or wrong batteries used Something is obstructing the lock from locking, if this happens, the lock will emit 6 sets of 4 short beeps. If you have disabled auto Re-lock Mode, you can manually lock the door by holding on to the '#' key on the Swing Handle lock.
