For a flat fee, they cover all of the paper works aspects of rentals for their clients.
They also manage virtual tours, which is the solution our locks provide -- allowing controlled access to a property without WiFi network availability.
We are currently their primary self-showing lock.
Who Are Potential Callers?
A caller could be anyone associated with the process: Marble team member, installer, investor, prospective tenant.
Because of risks of scams associated with rental properties, all questions - regardless of complexity - should be routed through the Marble team and confirmed through their email reply.
This is true even if someone identifies themself from Marble.
Questions Requiring Authorization
All questions (both hardware and ownership) regarding these locks should be routed through the primary contact Daniel.
If caller confirms the lock is associated with the Marble Living platform:
Obtain caller Name, Email, Phone number, and address with the lock
Advise caller that for security purposes, all questions will be routed through the Marble team.
