7. Settings
7.1 Time Format
Set the time format for your entire dashboard: 12-hour or 24-hour. Click Edit to save the change.
7.2 Change Password
Update the password for your account.
7.3 Role Based Settings
Toggle certain permissions on or off for Admins or Managers
7.4 Security
Configure organisation-wide login security settings. Click Edit to make changes.
2-Step Verification: When enabled, all users must verify an OTP at login
Minimum Password Length: Set the minimum required password length (default: 8 characters)
Maximum Failed Attempts: Number of failed login attempts before an account is locked
? To restore a locked account, the user must change their password via "Forgot Password" on the login page.
7.5 Audit Trail
View a log of all actions performed by users on the dashboard, including access creation, deletions, and user management actions. Admins can export the audit trail.
7.6 Analytics
View battery levels across all paired locks and manage low-battery email alerts.
Click Low Battery Alert to view battery levels for all locks
Click Enable or Disable to toggle daily low-battery email alerts to all Admins
Use Filter to narrow the list by department or property
- SP2E battery is shown as a percentage (highlighted when under 30%). Other lock models show "Low" when battery is low.
7.7 Email Templates
Customise the email sent to users when access is created for them.
Click Email Template, select the access type to customise, then click Edit
Edit the subject and message body, then click Save
- Maximum 200 characters for the subject, 2000 for the message body. Each template tag must appear at least once in the message to save successfully.
7.8 Language
Click the desired language to change the dashboard display language immediately.
7.9 Layout Settings
Customise the widgets and layout displayed on the Home page. Choose from available widget types and arrange them to suit your needs.
7.10 Billing
The Billing page gives you an overview of your account's current subscription and usage.
Billable Devices: View the number of devices currently counted toward your billing cycle
Cost Overview: See a summary of your current charges based on active billable devices
Payment Methods: Add, update, or remove the payment method on file for your account
- Owner and Admins can access the Billing page.
8. Reference
8.1 Unlocking with Access
Unlock with Master PIN (Owner only)
Each lock has a Master PIN set during pairing. Keep this strictly private, as anyone with it can unlock the lock at any time, regardless of other access settings.
To view: Go to Properties → View Lock → click the eye icon next to the Master PIN
To use: Enter the PIN on the lock keypad, then press the unlock icon
Sync the lock via the iglooworks app to update the unlock activity on the dashboard.
Unlock with an Added PIN
Enter the PIN on the lock keypad, then press the unlock icon. Sync the lock via the iglooworks app to update activity logs on the dashboard.
Unlock with Bluetooth
Open the iglooworks app and select the lock
Tap the Unlock button while within 1–2 metres of the lock
Owners, Admins, and Managers have Bluetooth Unlock and Sync access by default. Lock users need to be explicitly granted access.
Unlock with 2FA Access
2FA access requires the user to have a 2FA passcode set up in My Profile (one-time setup).
Enter the 2FA passcode on the lock keypad, then press the unlock icon
Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number to complete authentication
Generate a 2FA Passcode (first time)
Log in to the dashboard
Go to My Profile. On first visit, a system-generated 2FA passcode is shown. Note it down and store it securely.
Reset a 2FA Passcode
Go to My Profile → click Reset 2FA Passcode
- My Profile is only accessible after a mobile number has been added and verified on the account.
